Experts are allowed to use the Remote Access software once and if they have received adequate training and the User has consented to grant control. In addition, experts will not use Remote Access tools to obtain confidential or sensitive information stored on the User's computer or network, deliberately destroy data on the User's computer or network, or cause the User to experience system problems.

Diagnostic Tool: Some CloudBig Technology online diagnosis applications may collect a wide variety of helpful information about the state of a computer system and its applications. This information is packaged into a document containing all the essential details needed by CloudBig Technology and is sent securely over the Internet to the OnlinePCcare server. CloudBig Technology analyzes this information to help diagnose and solve end-user problems. Information collected by the CloudBig Technology application will not contain sensitive information such as Web sites visited, email messages, email addresses sent to, passwords, profiles, etc.
Use of the Remote Access and Diagnoses applications is also subject to the terms of use in the respective software license agreements.

LIVE HELP SESSION RECORDS

CloudBig Technology reserves the right to monitor online and offline sessions between the User and a Technical Support Executive for quality control of the Service the Technical Support Executive provides to the Customer. In addition, we may record online and offline sessions conducted on the Website for user reference and to assist in the resolution of disputes and potential complaints. The session records will also improve the Service, build a support knowledge base, and conduct internal market research.
