Responsibilities:

  • Make recommendations for changes to clinical indicators.
  • Serve as liaison between quality, compliance  and operations departments regarding issues relating to clinical outcome indicators.
  • As part of the analytics and reporting team, you will be responsible to implement efficient workflows that capture key data elements to fully support population health management, clinical quality metrics, and point of care/analytics solutions requirements.
  • Support clinical data integration, system configuration, and business rules development.
  • Understand and analyze hospitals’ population health, clinical productivity, key performance indicators, and operational improvement.
  • Perform quality assurance analysis on clinical order
  • In collaboration with the technical team and others, develop and operate clinical analytical tools (such as cube, reports, dashboards) to support company projects and functions
  • Assist in requirements gathering, analysis, and data flow diagramming for clinical intelligence reports and projects of moderate complexity.
  • Prepare supporting documentation, reports, training and presentation materials. Train clinical users in clinical analysis tools. Assist customers in the interpretation and use of the results; ensure that the data is understood by users.

General Requirements:

  • Experience with System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) processes is highly desired.
  • The strong knowledge and  understanding of  business request and translating that into Business Requirements (BRD), Functional Requirements (FSD)
  • Candidate need to be very strong in Test Cases, Test Plans, Use case diagram. UML Methodology.
  • Understanding and Capturing business needs
  • Creating effective Use Cases
  • Strong expertise in testing
  • Ability to create Word documents, Excel spreadsheets, PowerPoint presentations, Visio flowcharts and Project input (MS Office 2010 proficiency required).
